WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit South Forney's training is designed to help with any activity you may do in real life. We focus on functional movements that allow you to conquer the world.
We train with movements that closely mimic those that are done in life and sports. These movements are safe and effective for athletes of any ability level.
CrossFit South Forney focuses on ten physical skills to promote fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, speed, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Balancing training across these ten domains will help you perform better at every task imaginable, and leave you with no weakness! Our focus is on creating well-rounded athletes who are strong, fast, and can hit a home-run with any pitch life throws at them. We will change your body, mind, and soul!
CSF's training is scalable to all levels.
CrossFit South Forney is used by elite athletes; as well as housewives and the elderly. The workout that challenges an elite athlete will be scaled equivalent for a beginner – less weight, fewer reps, more rest - whatever is required. This makes CrossFit South Forney's training ideal for anyone. We modify to your needs!
