Nothing will prepare you physically for the unknown and the unknowable better than CrossFit! It will simply get you in the best shape of your life! However, some CrossFit boxes do offer specialty classes which allow members to take their training to the next level.
With that in mind, we are excited to announce our very own specialty program... South Forney Strong! This 6-week program will focus on increasing strength, power, and speed with a large emphasis on back squats, bench press, and dead lift.
This specialty class will begin the week of April 15th and will meet on Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:30pm, Friday evening at 6:30pm, and Saturday mornings at 11:00am. The cost of this program is $75 (for active members) and $295 for nonmembers.
